LabSem has state-of-the-art equipment capable of supplying samples whose quality is comparable with the highest international standards. We conduct basic and applied research in the area of III-V semiconductor nanostructures for electronic and optoelectronic devices. The activities range from epitaxial growth (by layers) to making devices themselves, passing through different stages of study and characterization of optical, electrical, electronic, optoelectronic and structural properties.<\/p>\r\n
